I had the absolute misfortune of encountering mildew smells. The nice refurbishment of the room must have missed the second floor, because there were more trash bags outside than inside. I almost considered giving this a decent review, but the missing upgrade was just too much to ignore.

Everything was fine, overall clean hotel, nice location in the middle of jackson. The staff was amicable, outstandingly accommodating. I had a large room with a fairly clean bathroom. Location: the venue was near to fitness center, restaurants, and Illinois. The stay was really good.

I was thrilled to find the room spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The comfortable bed provided the perfect respite after exploring the area. And a nearby Scooters for breakfast and coffee made mornings even better!
